Project managers working at Big Field Digital stand as a line of communication between the company and her clients, you are expected to ensure that everyone is properly attended to and all interactions are documented. Projects must be planned and monitored from the discovery to the deployment stage to prevent scope-creep and ensure clients are kept updated on the progress of their projects. The success of project managers is dependent on their ability to initiate, plan, control, monitor and manage all projects in the company, this implies that you must have sound relationship management, public relations and customer service skills.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Candidates with a University degree and has successfully completed the compulsory NYSC year with not less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Most have undergone certified training in project management and can present evidence of successful project delivery in a similar industry.
  • Ability to use project management tools like Confluence, Trello, Asana, Scrum and Slack is a must.
  • An energetic individual who will actively ensure the smooth running of the company on a daily basis and ensure team members are held accountable.
  • You must have sound relationship management skills, as well as excellent public and customer relation skill.

ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in the daily company's activities and ensure the prompt delivery of projects without exceeding the client's scope and budget.
  • With the use of project management software, you will be expected to create a replicable process to track the progress of projects and keep clients updated.
  • Attending all meetings with clients and submitting detailed reports of activities is a must.
  • To coordinate internal resources and monitor the activities of vendors to ensure the delivery of hitch-free services.
  • Individuals occupying this position must have a functional relationship with all team members and communicate their goals as well as periodic expectations on projects.
  • You will be required to attend to all phone calls, visitors, and email requests.
